Players are seeking to advance their animals up through the zoo, but the only way you can leave an exhibit is by gaining majority support from the animals there. Through bribing, scheming, negotiation, and cooperation, players will climb their way up the zoo hierarchy as they compete to become the Zoo Mascot.

One bottle per person is the new law — thus bribes, suitcase inspections, and arrests are on the agenda.

Each round, one player takes a turn in the role of a border guard while the other players act as travelers. In a quest to acquire coveted carbonation and its accompanying bottle caps, the border guard tries to confiscate as many sodas as possible while only the cleverest travelers will sneak across with their fizzy contraband. After each player has been the border guard (twice in a 3-4 player game, once in a 5-8 player game), the game ends and whoever has the most bottle caps wins!

The Pumafiosi (Puma Mafiosi) operate in a strict hierarchy, and everyone wants to reach the top. But stand out too much and you’ll put a target on your back. That’s why the second highest card wins each trick, and the winning player slots their card into the Pumafia hierarchy.

The catch is that winning cards can be knocked down one or more steps on the hierarchy by higher-valued cards, and whoever owns a falling card is penalized!

Lead the undercover investigation against five criminal groups to gather enough evidence to convict them. However, if you investigate too aggressively, the criminals will smell a rat and go dark!

Players bid simultaneously with their investigator cards to claim evidence cards — the highest investigator takes the evidence card that is closest to the deck, the lowest takes the furthest, etc. Collect 3 evidence of a kind to score 10 bonus conviction points, but accidentally collect a 4th and lose those cards!

Gussy Gorillas are a peculiar group of primates that strive to keep each other gussied up and well-groomed. These apes remove dirt, insects, and debris from the difficult-to-reach and difficult-to-see places of each other’s fur.

Players start out with a personal deck of face-down cards. Without looking at the card(s) in their own hand (but showing them to everyone else), players simultaneously trade or keep their hand, one or two cards at a time, to form a personal collection. Once all cards have been traded or kept, players tally their collections and the highest score wins — but pairs can cancel out and special cards are not always helpful, so trade carefully!
